Compressor Failure
With heavy use, the system’s compressor can fail. As the main component of an air conditioner, compressor failure can be a serious matter.
Refrigerant Leak
Over time, holes and cracks can develop in the coil, causing the refrigerant to leak. Refrigerant is responsible for removing the heat from the air in your space. If there isn’t enough refrigerant, your space won’t cool properly.
